How to get your Instructions

You got your order and wonder where to find the instructions for your expansion pack? This is a step-by-step guide on how to find the file you are looking for! In total, there are 4 options, just click on the entry to jump to the needed part of the article:

Option 1: Look at your email-messages

As of the end of 2024 most of our instructions are sent out to your email-address automatically once your order is paid. Look at the message with the title „Deine Bestellung bei Brixpando ist nun abgeschlossen“ (Old: Brixxyshop), at the top you will find all the files that have been unlocked by your order:

Just click the link under „Download“. This will send you to your browser which will then start to download the PDF-file of the instructions.

Option 2: Your Brixpando-Account

You made an account on our site? Then you are in luck! Just navigate to „My Account“ and then „Downloads“ to find all your unlocked instruction files:

Don’t have an account yet and want all your orders and downloads in one place? Just click „My Account“ and then „Details“, then choose „registrieren“. Choose a mail-address for your account. After activating the account you have to contact our customer support (support [at] brixpando.com) with the needed data (mail-address of the new account as well as the order number/s you want to import), we will then connect the orders as fast as possible to your new account. Please understand that this process can take up to two days.

Option 3: You did not receive any downloadable files?

You received the email-message stating „Deine Bestellung bei Brixpando ist nun abgeschlossen“ but unlike the screenshot above there are no downloads included in the mail? No need to worry!

Even though most of or instructions have been implemented in PDF-format, some of the earlier expansion packs have not been updated yet. These instructions are only available in video-form on the YouTube-channel „Brix just4me“. Here is a list of these instructions with links:

Of course we are constantly updating our database to get everything up to date as fast as possible. We are working on providing PDF instructions for all our models, but especially the bigger ones are harder to fulfill and will take some time until ready to release. The videos are self-explanatory, even for non-german speakers. If you have any problems regarding instructions or the video of the build-process, just contact us at: support [at] brixpando.com

Option 4: You did not order, just want to browse through the instructions

Here’s a list of all the free Brixpando-instructions. Click „Download PDF“ to open the instructions or click „YouTube-video“ to view the instructions as a hands-on „Tutorial“-video (videos only exist in German for now).

We are working on providing PDF instructions for all our models, but especially the bigger ones are harder to fulfill and will take some time until ready to release. The videos are self-explanatory, even for non-german speakers!

EOL-Instructions: The following instructions were once great expansion packs, but have now been discontinued due to the original set being off the market as well. You still want to make your model better? Just follow the instructions and use pieces from your own collection to expand your set!
