The reviews published in our shop are submitted exclusively by customers who have shared their experience with our products.
All incoming reviews are checked before being published. This review process is carried out solely to identify and prevent automated or abusive submissions (for example, entries generated by bots).
The approval of a review is completely independent of its content, the number of stars given, or whether the feedback is positive or negative.
As a thank you for submitting a review, customers receive a small complimentary product with their next order. This thank-you gift is granted equally for all reviews and has no influence on the publication or content of the review.
We publish all authentic reviews in full and without modification.
